A special stay I would recommend any traveler to stay at the hotel because it is close to all services and the most important places 1) Welcoming and reception of staff from the first moment you enter the door, especially the receptionist "Hazel". 2) The rooms are spacious and have entertainment systems available in each room. 3) The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff are professional in arranging the rooms and providing all the necessary needs. 4) The view of the rooms on the main street was outstanding. 5) The presence of McDonald's, coffee shop, in the same building as well as a grocery store, ATM and pharmacy. 6) The hotel provides a taxi. 7) The hotel facilities are very special, the swimming pool in the last floor is very warm in the coldest.

Great staff always smiling ready to help you! Clean rooms! Next to Osmanbay metro station - 30min to Grand Bazaar. They organized a special breakfast for my birthday. It was a wonderful surprise...with happy tears while the staff was singing for me Happy Birthday! And alsa helped my husband to organize for me a second surprise - a special dinner with birthday cake with Bosphorus Boat Cruise.

I stayed in this hotel with my father for 10 days in November and had an amazing experience. Hotel staff accommodated our requests and needs at all times with a smile and efficiency. Hotel itself is very clean as are the rooms, spacious and great amenities with complimentary water, coffee and tea. Hotel is at the city center and accessible to metro and walking distance to many popular areas in Istanbul. Nisantasi is 10 minutes away by walking for shopping and restaurants. During my stay, I injured myself outside and needed ice to tend to my knee. Hotel staff brought me ice in a bag every couple of hours. I'm sure this was disruptive to their workflow, however their attention to service was excellent. I felt cared for by the staff. I booked a medical massage per spa concierge's suggestion. My masseuse, Leila, worked on me for an hour and literally created a miracle. I went to massage not being able to walk without limping, left with walking upright and swelling was significantly down. She advised me on how to tend to my injury for the next few days where I could enjoy rest of my trip without pain and discomfort. My father is also pleased with this hotel and is already planning their next stay here with my mother. My father got the breakfast buffet in his package, and I joined on some days. Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious with local, American and middle eastern cuisine choices. I highly recommend this location. I would like to thank especially to Leyla, for the healing massage and rest of the staff who made us feel like family while we were in Istanbul.

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with easy access to the Osmanbey Metro Station and within walking distance of the Istanbul Military Museum and Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with a panoramic view of Istanbul from the rooftop. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel was centrally located. My room was on the 6th floor, away from the noise. The staff is very pleasant and I would highly recommend staying here. Great value for your money. There are three coffee houses across the street and Starbucks in the lobby as well. The internet (wi-fi) speed was amazing inside the hotel.

The location of the place is the best point of Nisantasi area. All convenience stores are in the same building and near Starbucks and Mac... Reception welcome is excellent and they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room for free, overall everything is perfect and this is my first trip to Turkey and the hotel is excellent five stars for the price.. I will repeat the experience on smart TV screens equipped with Netflix and other programs... I loved everything ☺️

A perfect hotel with the most stunning staff I've ever encountered and we fly a lot, a couple of friends who came to vacation in Turkey. We were greeted at the hotel by a cute representative whose name I don't remember, but she was the most stunning representative you will find in the whole world! Always smiling and always patient and explaining faces with a smile and extraordinary patience. And besides the representative, wow, what a crazy breakfast - what fun! What a treat and clean and tidy, suddenly the hotel manager and the kitchen manager come up to you and tell you "If you need anything, contact me, after of course he introduced himself!" The place is very safe, quiet at night and you don't hear any noise from the main streets outside - an international level hotel. But this team deserves praise for all the service and care for us and care as if you were a member of the family and you feel as if you are there to be pampered and not just for a vacation - worth every penny!!

I spend 3 nights at Ramada on a business occasion and I must say everything was excellent! The location was great just next to the Osmanbey metro and plenty of taxis passing by the hotel. I almost walked to all my destinations! I stayed room 428 with nice street view and it was actually quite big size for one and bed was amazingly comfortable. Room housekeeper was such a sweet lady that helped me organising my belongings and cleaned and tidied up room so nicely! Highly recommended Ramada hotel for your both business and leisure trips in Istanbul. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is really close to the metro which is perfect. It was my second time at the hotel and I loved it. The staff is very polite and tries to help you with everything and greets you everytime you come in or leave the hotel. One day it was raining and they offered us umbrellas to use since we were going for a walk. The hotel is really close to Nisantasi (where there are very good restaurants and cafes). It also has a Starbucks inside the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone since it is a very good value of your money.

We arrived at 6 am at the hotel, and the receptionist has provide us with early check in without paying. The hotel was very clean, exceptional desinfected due to covid protocol and there was thermal camera on the entrance mandatory for anyone entering the hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite they speak English and they gave us great tips for our short stay. Hotel owns taxi company and they called taxi for all guests. Their taxi services are cheaper than regular taxi rates, drivers are very professional and cars are clean and desinfected. We didn’t use the spa because we didn’t have enough time, but it was very good and clean. Hotel rates are very affordable and everything in this hotel worth much more than money you spend there.

Excellent service! The spa at Ramada hotel is very nice! They have very nice clean facilities and the staff is attentive and helpful. The sauna and body wash were super relaxing. It was my first time taking a Turkish bath and they were kind enough to explain to me how it is done. There are 2 different types of saunas that you can use in order to get you ready for your bath. You get to relax and lay down while they clean and scrub you body leaving you feeling clean and smooth. If you are in the mood to be pampered and want to have a relaxing experience I would definitely recommend this place!
